How can I shop your collections?
We release a new, limited collection of antique and vintage home furnishings every two weeks on Tuesdays at 7:00 PM EST.
Once a piece is gone, it’s gone. Sold-out items will be archived under past collections for reference.
Do you have a showroom, or are you online only?
We are an online-only boutique, which allows us to carefully curate and share our antique and décor collection with customers everywhere.
Where do you source your inventory from?
Our collections are hand-sourced from estate sales, online auctions, and flea markets. Each carefully selected find is lovingly dusted off, styled, and photographed for our collection drops.
Shipping, Delivery, & Pick-Up
Where do you ship to?
Shipping is only available within the contiguous United States (all states except Alaska and Hawaii)
How much does shipping cost and how is it calculated?
We offer complimentary UPS standard shipping on orders over $200. For orders under that amount, standard UPS shipping rates apply. Larger items that require special handling (freight pieces such as furniture) are delivered through white-glove delivery service partners and the cost is calculated at checkout based on the item’s size, weight, and destination.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location. Larger freight items may take longer, as delivery times are scheduled through white-glove service to ensure safe handling.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! If you are local to Northeastern, Pennsylvania we offer complimentary pick-up for small items at 512 Northampton Street, Edwardsville, PA 18704.
Large Freight Furniture is not eligible for pick-up and is only available by delivery.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we do offer Local Delivery for large freight/furntiure pieces only. We are based in Northeastern Pennsylvania and will deliver within a 20 mile radius. Local Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and proximity to our storage facility.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns. We encourage you to review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing, and we’re always happy to answer any questions prior to checkout.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos of the item and packaging. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf, and once approved, you’ll receive a full refund for your purchase.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges. All sales are final.
