At The Petite Chalet, each piece in our collection is carefully sourced for its character, history, and one-of-a-kind appeal. Due to the unique nature of antique and vintage items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Condition & Disclosure
All items are sold in as-is condition, reflecting their age and inherent imperfections. We make every effort to disclose and document significant flaws, wear, or irregularities to the best of our ability. However, given the nature of antique and vintage goods, variations, signs of use, and patina should be expected.

The age and uniqueness of these items mean that no guarantees are made regarding age, condition, quality, value, or classification. Any descriptions provided - whether written, verbal, or photographic - are offered as our good-faith assessment, not a warranty.

Customer Responsibility

Damaged Items
